About Pizza Tree
What started as a Pizza Capers franchise on Railway Street grew into something the owners wanted to make their own. In 2024 the sign changed — the kitchen didn’t.
For five years our owners ran Shop 1/110 Railway Street as a Pizza Capers franchise. In that time they built a loyal local following, earned Canstar Award recognition across 2010–2013 and became a go-to takeaway for Corrimal and the wider Illawarra.
When the opportunity came to build their own brand, they took it. Pizza Tree keeps everything that made the shop work — the team, the menu favourites, the quality ingredients — and adds the flexibility to expand the gourmet range, experiment with new flavours and shape the menu around what locals actually order.
Today the menu spans Traditional pizzas, four Gourmet collections (Chicken, Meat, Seafood, Vegetarian), pasta, wings, ribs, sides and a dessert Nutella calzone. We dine in, take away and deliver — and we’re on all the major platforms for the nights you just can’t face cooking.
